LET'S DO THIS
ALL YOU MOB “LET’s DO THIS” (LDT) is a free program for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people that are over 25, to give you some helpful tips to feeling healthier going into spring.
The program will go for 12 weeks with a focus on Diabetes prevention and engaging in the process of making long term lifestyle changes, including healthy eating and getting active.
