Searching
for organisations
|
|
When
searching by Organisation or Contact Name, use part of the organisation name
rather than typing in the whole name, also the contact persons name will
only be found if it has been provided to CIS. Ensure all spelling is
correct. |

Through Browse -
Click on the drop down box, select a subject, click on Submit.
Through Advanced Search -
1. Click on the drop down arrow to
the right of the empty box on the left
2. Select on Subject
2. Type the request you are looking for in the middle box eg.
Netball
3. Click on Submit
Searches can be refined by adding
more search headings eg. Contact AND Subject. You would then type in
both of these boxes eg. Margaret AND Netball |

Search
by location
|
|
Searching
in a geographic location narrows down your search to organisations that
specifically mention a town/suburb or shire in their record. Ensure
spelling is correct. |
|
|
|
Always select 'Submit'
AFTER you have entered your search options. There should be
no typing in the search boxes other than what you are searching for.
